Dear Madam/Sir

Could you please inform me why you have deducted Rs 100/- from my account on 21.09.2009 as subscription charges-heavy refresh done-IE Visit with out informing me??? Your IE has visited & resolved the problems on 14.09. but why should I pay for this, as that caused the problem not from my side but it was done from your side. When your Engineer has installed the dish on 26.07.2009 on our premises at that time I informed your Engineer it will create problem in future as that installation site to fixing the dish was not proper place. But he assured me that if you will face any problem than we will resolve it. So because of your Bad service only we suffered & again you are chagring for that.

Really I am very much upset with your services which you did. So I request you don't do like this & refound my amount Rs 100/- as early as possible.
