Airtel DTH
Egarding online payment

I had made online purchase for new DTH connection on 25th october 09, the amount got deducted from a/c (1800 Rs.), but still i did not got any confirmation code from airtel site. on calling airtel customer careseveral times, they are asking for customer id, which i have not got. When i approached airtel office in delhi, the executive told me that they did not handle online complains and was saying these type of problem occurs frequently with airtel.

till date i have not received airtel DTH .

i strongly advice to all the readers to stay away from airtel DTH. (and make online payment at your own risk)
