Regarding online payment

I had made an online payment on 25th october for installation of new airtel dth connection, but after doing payment (online), i did not get any airtel website transaction id, however amount was deducted from a/c.

i would really appreciate airtel, for installation of my dth connection on time.

however for claiming of 15% cashback offer, i needed, airtel website transaction - id, i had mailed to airtel dth, but did not got response. and customer care is not able to solve the problem.
