Interrupted service because of backend wrong package selection

My customer ID of Airtel Digital TV is 3001111923. I had logged a complain no 1439718 regarding all my services has been blocked on Friday 6th 2:30 PM. When I had called the customer care they told me that this has happened because of wrong billing on their behalf. It has been almost 32 hours since this complain has been logged but my services has not been restored as yet which had to restore by 16:30 today. And mow they are asking for 1 more day to rectify.
And backend team is not even willing to talk to me.
