Cheated by Airtel

I have contacted Airtel DTH call centre number (18001028080) and asked for a details for dish tv connection. it has been told by airtel executive that if i pay though telephone i will get connection within 24-48 hrs. So i paid Rs. 4090 amount through telephone payment gateway. i got confimation of my trascation id and confirmation. since then i am waiting for Airtel feedback. I called airtel call centre almost 6 times and tried to receive information but no one is answering and enable answer my call. I feel like cheated by Airtel. I also got a feel that a racket operating within the airtel call centre operating a big scam.
