Complaint Pending for: more than TWO MONTHS! with consistent frequent follow ups

Issue: Unable to add HD chanels

Resolution needed:

* Get the engineer come home align to the new satellite as being promised for last two months.

* Compensation: Provide me two months of free viewing of HD channels

* Post two months, provide the offer of Rs. 40 for all HD Channels then on. as this was the offer, when I lodged the complaint.

Please consider this as a one week notice, post which I would lodge a formal case with Consumer Forum
