Poor Customer Care

I have Airtel DTH and on 14-09 my Airtel DTH service box was not working and i made a complain regarding the same on that day itself but it was not rectified till now and in the mean time i have made 9 more complains regarding the same till date and nothing has happened till date. I am writing all the complain numbers and dates and my customer ID too,

Till now none came to my house to check my Airtel DTH... And they are asking me to pay 100 Rs even after not even coming for one time to my home to check it in 10 days. I want Justice. I hope i will get it.
