I had purchased a dth connection from the authorised dealer of airtel; Om Sairam Electronics, Kondhwa, Pune. even after one week the customer service dept and the deler failed to install the connection. repeated remindes to their call centre has not yielded any positive outcome. basically there is an attitude problem and the staff of airtel dth at pune is most uncooperative. so prospective customers please beware of the false promises of airtel dth services.
