Wrong information given me about my account

Sir,

I received call on 15th of Jan.2010 By Mr. Dyal executive he given wrong information about my Airtel Digital Tv id & deduct money from my tv id for 12 month when i registered complaint against this issue without resolution given, complaint closed. Again i requested and only given complaint no 1780813 against wrong resolution .for customer id 3000073972.Pls do need ful help to me to get rid by this problem.
