Airtel Sales Person making fool of custome

I am a customer of Airtel Digital TV since 6th May. My Customer ID is 3000741098. When I went to Airtel office to inquire the plans of Airtel Digital TV on the first day, Gurpreet Singh the sales person of Airtel Digital TV, who told me that in 'MEGA Pack Rs.2000' Airtel is offering 'ESPN Plus' top-up free for 2 months, which will get activated after 1 month of the installation. It was installed on 6th May. Now, its 15th July and I hav'nt got 'ESPN Plus' activated yet. When I talked to Gurpreet Singh, he said that he has not told me about free 'ESPN Plus'. After that I gave a complaint to digitalTV@airtel.in but their reply was as under:-

Sir, even in the mail they have not guided me for any free 'ESPN Plus' top-up.
Sir, I still have the voucher with me, on which sales person-Gurpreet Singh told me the DTS-Plan. every thing is written on it.
