Pathetic Customer Service

Hi - I should have read the complaints registered in this forum before I went and purchased AIRTEL DTV. I've never seen such a pathetic and irresponsible customer service all throughout my life. I think if the company cannot provide a decent customer service, the govt. which gives license to operate should intervene and help the poor customers.

I am really disturbed by the servic, specially the call centre operations which Airtel has tied up with. It really sucks. I would'nt mind spending few thousdands more and get a descent service. I would like to spend some money and courier the shit to Sunil Mittal. I would also sincerely requests the brand ambassdors to stop promoting this product.
