No action on complaint

Sir,

I have submitted complaint of the disability of my Airtel Fixed Line on 29/08 but still after 3 days there is no action on my compaint and I am suffering a heavy loss due to it. I want you to kindly interfare in the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible. Meanwhile, I asked the Airtel executive about compaining in Indian Consumer Forum, their reply to me was, "It doesnt matters".

My Airtel Fixed line number is 0751-4082366.

My Complaint Number regarding the issue is 23700334.
