Deduction of balance without services

Well yesterday in the evening i recharged my card 91 9730799414 and got a credit of 87 rs but just within six hours when i checked my balance it was on 13.79 rs how the fuck is it possible when i dun use any special services . i want my credit back you motherfuckers fuck you.
