My sim card is blocked due to PUK Code

I have inserted the pin code, PUK code as well as security code in my mobile's settings/Security. My Handset is of LG CE0168.Plz give the solution 4 it that I can access it again Bcoz all the data inmy sim memory is very important. Pz do something 4 me
