Efill service of full talk time suddenly closed

I am airtel government sim card holders, airtel people at the time of giving the government card, told it would be required to refill the card and you would get full talk time on the recharge coupon, without any validity of days. the scheme was in active since 2007. suddenly the airtel people have stopped the scheme of full talk time recharge 5 days back.
