Fraud Rs 499

I wanted to activate gprs on my number 9937469370 .Recharged rs 499/- on 17th march but the activation was not done by AIRTEL-GPRS CONCERNED DEPARTMENT till 11th April. It was activated on 11th april 3pm and again was deactivated on 13th april and not yet activated again.

As per the 499/- plan I must acess Internet for 30 days with unlimited browsing.

And from two days when I treid to contact with customer care executive they are Ignoring my call three times and after that they block my call to customer care cell on my number.

I was in contact with them till 18th march Not a single day is like that I had not contact to customer care executive and every day they want me to wait for utmost 24 hrs but they never solved the problem.

So please I want that they should let my money back. As I think they cannot provide me the service.
