Airtel GPRS
Network Problem not solved out

I got a Airtel GPRS connection on 31st Oct-09 (Mobile Office - monthly plan - Rs. 500). After 4 days of good network availability, suddenly my Airtel GPRS connectivity started facing network problems. I am from Sector - 13, UE, Karnal, Haryana - 132001. I am using handset - Sony Ericsson W300i.

My Airtel number is - 9896601881. I lodged a complaint in the Costumer Care (GPRS) on 5th Nov -09. My problem was not sort out. Again I lodged a complaint on 6th nov - 09. I was told that my prob will definitely be solved by 9th nov - 09. Again my prob was not solved out. Again on 9th I lodged a complaint, where they said everything will be sorted within 24 hrs, but, still the problem exists.

Please see to my problem & sort it out. Airtel has shown a very poor customer service without satisfying my complaints & problems
