Not getting support from customer care

Dear Sir,
I have GPRS active connection. But I am not able open any web page; even on mobile. On mobile: ‘’PACKET DATA NOT AVAILABLE.CHECK NETWORK SERVICES” message appears.
With PC I am facing same problem.
I am facing this problem for the last 4 days. I have made several messages to 121; still my problem is not solved.
I am not getting any support from customer care even they aren't picking phones.
Please look into matter. & solve my problem as soon as possible.
