Pathetic service and undue deduction of money

I got a message from Airtel stating "Thankyou for downloading JAVA game. You have been charged Rs. 99."

The fact is that I have not downloaded and GAME.

Then I called customer care, after trying for more than half an hour the service personnel told me that our systems are not working and you will have to wait for 2-3 days.

After few minutes I thought of asking Customer reference number to the representative. I again called to customer care center and this time the representative was able to see the details.. He told me that YOU Have downloaded the game, its in our records. Despite of my calling him again and again he refused to register any complaint. And his tone was as if he was ordering me that you have to accept this..

What will one do in this regard?
