AIRTEL GSM SERVICE
Unexpectedly poor service at Alok Vihar, jamshedpu

Respected Sir,

most humbly and respectfully, i wish to inform you that i am a regular user of Airtel Prepaid GSM service for approximately one and half years. However to my utter surprise, for past six months all my believes regarding smart and excellent service of Airtel has come to an end and now i am just an ordinary sufferer. Let me explain you my situations

I am residing in Alok Vihar area of Telco Colony, Jamshedpur. Through out the week 24X7 there is huge network problem. Whenever we want to make any call, we have to come to our terrace / balcony as network is inaccesible inside the rooms. Situation become more pathetic when network suddenly ceases during ongoing talks and then one has to stop his/her conversation.

Not only me, but there are majority of Airtel users in my area who share my plight. Hence, in interest of commoners i would like you to take serious note of this problematic situation and initiate necessary corrective actions.
