ISD message sending failed since 2 months

I am using Airtel prepaid sim card since last 1 year. From last 2 months i was in Qatar and whatever SMS i sent from qatar was delivered on my No 9724127275, but from here my wife can't reply to me.she call customer care so many times, Cheked message center no. which is also correct. Even Airtel customer Executive also unabel to solved this problem. They even don't know where is problem and they simply say it takes 15 days time.is it way to solve simple problem in fastest technology world?
