Automatic Activation of Igmobi without my Request

I am being charged with INR 10 per day for igmobi.com subscription. while as i have never ever registered to this service through airtel. I had already compalined this to Airtel andrequested them to close the same (request no. is 847207361 dated 19/01/08) but same is not being deactived by airtel for the reasons know to Airtel. Requesting to help me to deactivate the service and fine Airtel/igmobi.com for such fradulant actions.
