Unable to browse EZMAIL

I'm making this complaint 'coz today I feel I ve been cheating by Airtel by their service call eZmail which is included under email n chat section of airtel live.

I had subscribed it for 15 rupees weekly since 4 weeks ago... They didnt 4get to deduct my money but the problem is I cant browse it... I made many complaints but of no use... They ignore my problem...

If anybody knows how to solve this then pliz kindly help me to solve this problem...
