No Refund of Security Deposit

Respected Sir,
I Omkar Chandrakant Kulkarni was Postpaid Subscriber of Airtel under the mobile number 91-9766425588 from 07/04. Due to dissatisfied service by airtel network and poor customer service I had requested the company for permanent disconnection of my number, in writing on 08/11. I have stamped receipt of my application for permanent disconnection. At time of applying for permanent disconnection I have settled all outstanding amount on my account for which I have stamped receipt of company. Thereafter I had told by company's executive that I will get my deposit refunded within 45 days by account payee cheque. Meanwhile the company's executives called frequently on my alternate number and requested me not to disconnect the number, when I was busy in my office work. Further in addition to this kind of mental harrasement, I have received the bills for the month of 23/10 to 22/11 and also for 23/11 to 22/12. However today it is more than 100 days I have not received my Security Deposit Refunded yet. I hereby request you kindly to consider my mental harrassemant by Airtel by calling during Office Working Hours, by delibarate delay in refund of Security Deposit and Harrassemant by sending bills for the number which I have already applied for disconnection in writing under stamped receipt by the company.
