Poor coverage

I had been complaining to AIRTEL for poor coverage in outskirts of Chennai since Mid of January, and till date ie.. Mid of March, no action has been taken by them.

Every time i call up customer service or write a message to 121@airtelindia.com, they give me a new customer complaints no., but with no concrete action.

Following are their complaint registery nos. 20244072, 21038034

I'm forced to carry my old no, since i have been having this no since last 9 years.

I had also told them if i have to shell out some money to place a tower or repeater, i will try to do so, but still no action
