Sir last month i recieved msg that ''''YOU HAVE REGISTERED 4 FREE CALLER TUNE, JAI HO, WIDOUT MY PERMISSION, then i tlked 2 customer care regarding that and i get back my money.. then i feel satisfied... your executive told me that sir it is by default service our computer has sent this msg to 1000's of customers, sir u plz note that i m an educated person i get back my balance but plz think of those one of ur poor customers, who are not able to afford and, and cant understand msgs then he has to pay 30 rs. widout any reason... u plz think about those persons, ...thnk u...
