The customer care of airtel is poor you can not talk to their representative by any means If one tries to connect through 121 the voice mail will never accept your request -customer care and if it recognises the same it will not connect but revert back to whole process.
airtel defrauds its prepaid customers by deducting money on sms, s even if messeges are not sent. they also debit from your account if you connect their helplines like 9810098100, 9810198101 or9810012345
