Disconnection of post paid connection

Hi,

I wish to cancel my postpaid connection with Airtel.

My mobile # is 9954035742

I don't see any forms to send this request, though when i spoke to customer care at 121, was directed to this link.

Please cancel my connection immediately, as i proceeding to abroad. also i have paid all my dues as on 28 jun 09
