Charging of rental

Sir,

9940812703 I requested addon for this number on 24th sep 2007 by sending sms to 202 but still now it has not been activated. I complained to customer care many times but no one took it as words. Each and every time when i call them they say wait for 24 hours to be activated but they didnt do so. To my knowledge i waited for more than 6 24 hours. I feel irresponsible about your customer care. They are saying it has been activated but normal charges of Rs.1/min is going. Saying that we will take special complaints but none did it. I am totally dissatisfied with your servies. After all one addon you could not be able to activate whatz your responsibility over customer. Itz gona to be Oct 24 i mean past one month am struggling with your servies. If addon not activated to me MY WAY OF MOVING WIL BE ODD.
