Outgoing calls barred in 2 weeks of the connection activation!

Actually, I have purchased a Nokia N73M and Airtel under Subhiksha-Airtel Bundle offer from Subhiksha Store from Ulhasnagar. I have submitted all documents needed to complete the procedure. But on 9th October, the phone showed an error that "Sim Card Registration failed". I have visited the airtel gallery in DADAR as well as KALYAN.They said that your details for this mobile number is deleted. And this Offer contained VALIDITY-1 year, TALKTIME Rs.3000 to other phones, Rs.1500 Airtel to Airtel and Rs.1500 for messages (SMS).

The Number is cancelled because they (Airtel Gallery) say that they have not received the documents. But i have submitted the documents to the Subhiksha shop.

So, I dont know what to do..

I think Airtel should either give the same number with all the relevant talktime which the scheme included or give me my money back.

If they agreed to give other number within the scheme then also i will be satisfied.

I do not know against whom to take action and what action to take.

If anyone can tell me or give any advice about how to move next... please..do it.
