Not received assured gifts

I Mr. SUBODH SUDRESH SUDRIK having airtel postpaid plans, carring two plans of 399/- and 199/- from 04/012. My two numbers are 9004080558 and 9004080559 respectivly. Mr. SUSHIL KHERA, sales representative Airtel India who introduced plan of 399/-and i got one sim card of plan 199/- free. The problem is that on these two plans there is assured gifts are there, having pamplet of this scheme and it says after paying first bill payments we will get scratch cards, but after paying two payments nothing is received. So that i called MR. SUSHIL KHERA on his personal mobile number (writen on photocopy of application form), he assured that within 2 to 3 months we will get the gifts, because of the heavy work load the gifts got delayed. But after the 3 months when I called him but his mobile service says its invalid number. The same complaint I forwarded in service centre at peninsula, lower parel, but the no response was given by the attendent MS SHWETA PATIL, directly says that they cant help me out, nothing in their hand and says that this department can't handled these kind of complaints. The same complaint i forwarded on nodal offier airtel mumbai. But no reply received.
