Do not give benifit to the old customer

I am using Airtel card in my gsm mobile. This sim card i, used around 4 and half year (continue). and

i paid high call rate to the company 1Rs./minute where the new customer get a free sim card without and charges and no activation charges moreover also get life time validity and lowest call rate.

I talk to the custome care about this, so they tell me we can not provide any spacial customet scheme to old customer.

I am not saying that the Airtel Company is very bad or they can't gave any scheme but

i am only and only say to that anythig give to the old customer so, they can not change to this company..like me...

it is better for both.
