I received a text message on 15 October from Airtel giving an offer to recharge with Rs. 23 and get local A to A calls at 40p, A to others at 60p and STD calls at 75p, with no other conditions specified. However my call rate remains the same as earlier (Re.1 per minute for local calls to GSM phones) even after the recharge. The transaction ID is 178004317.
