InAppropriate Bills and non responsive to complaints

I have been using Airtel for 6 months now and during the last month i.e., on 4 Sep 2009 i had lost my SIM and i had registered a motion of blocking my SIM on the next day. I purchased and new SIM on 14 Sep 2009 and i started using that on 26 Sep 2009. Seems that some one else had misused my SIM card and made calls to differnet states eventhough i had registered a blockage of my number. When i pointed this out to the Airtel Customer Care executives they are not helping me out here and when i requested a itemized bill that contains the usage from the SIM number i.e., the IMSi number from which the call generated the CC executives have rejected the request and are not responsing properly
