Irresponsible service for repeaterd complinats

Sir, i have made request to cut my addon number 9789464546 which i am not using for 10months. insted for that number they repeatedly cutting my main number ie 9952404546. I am practicing in corporate hopsital as emergency surgeon. because of their irresponsible service even after somany complaints they are not rectifying that.

Sir, i am using Airtel past 5yrs and my No is 9953404546. on 3rd Nov i have made a request to cut my ADD ON NUMBER ie 9789464546 which i am not using for the past ten months (complaint No 29141627). But you have cut my main number next day for which again i made a complaint (No 29294585) on 10th Nov. again today ie 12th Nov my main number was deactivated instead of my add on number for which again i have To made somany calls which makes me emotionally arrogant. IS THIS SERVICE YOU ARE GIVING TO PRIME CUSTOMERS WHO IS IN EMERGENCY SERVICE? OR I WANT TO KNOW WHY THIS WAS HAPPENED? AND I NEED A PROPER EXPLANATION REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
