Amount of 100 rupee is debited

My name is zubin hafezi .from surat Gujarat India my mobile no is 9898200544

using airtel prepaid card from three year …on 4-3-08 @ 10.59 I got a sms from 69699 that airtel online service is activated and a amount of 100 rupee is debited from my account but I had not sent any sms to activated any service and when I had called customer care @ 121 they had no reply to give me . so I do my 100 rupees is gone and even I don’t know how to use this service. The customer care service is Horrible customer care service ever seen so any one help me out what I do??? please help me out
