Not issuing of GPRS facility as mentioned in the application form

Dear sir,

i amrendra kumar jha have taken one new postpaid connection of airtel .my plan name is 699/- corporate plan, having mobile number 9818814144, in which franchasee told me that he will provide me mobile office internet facility (unlimited surfing) in just Rs 99/- per month only. Same thing he mentioned in my application form, but even after one week this facility is not started in my mobile.kindly take necessary action against this deed.
