Bad Mobile office service and unsatisfactory customer care

Ive been having some problems with my gprs lately... im always on the move so i use lot of mobile office. but lately its is giving very bad service. the speed goes extremely low and keeps getting disconnected. and some times it doesnt work at all, and the surprising thing is it happens only at my place. if i take my cell anywhere else it works just fine. ive lodged complain over this many times to customer care. but i dont think they are hardly bothered about it.
