Disablity of Incoming calls from BSNL Landline

I have been user of Airtel Postpaid card since a while.

But from last 45 days I have been facing problem i.e I am not able to get calls from BSNL landline.

So many time I have lodged a complaint about to So called "CUSTOMER CARE" also I personally visited to Airtel Customer office.

But Asusual I got no progress on it, So finally I had to take help of this stupidity.

Belive me I am not exaggearting the things I am talking sense.

I got lot of commitments from Sweet voices behind the call..

I have received complaints numbers (Request reference numbers

1) 16687242-13th May

2) 17167839-19th June

I am wating for positive response.
