Hello,
I am a new customer of Airtel. I have started using Airtel since last 2-2 weeks but very much disappointed with their network.
regarding same, I have called customer case 121 on 2nd July and they have told me that their Network Department will contact me on 7th July. till date, no one has contacted me.
I want to disconnect Airtel Connection and regarding same I have sent email at 121@airtelindia.com but I am getting
message that they are unable to process my request due to wrong subject format. Correct subject format must have
mobile number startuing from 98 or 99. My mobile number starts from 97. How am I supposed to email them? I have sent them email atleast 5-6 times and everytime it failed to reach.
Probably I have to visit their office personally and disconnect the service. This is simply pathetic.
