Forced deduction of balance

Yesterday, ie on 20th n today 21 i got sms from company that i had registered for missed call alert, jokes alert, devotional alert, n other bakwas services. Nearly 150 rs were deducted

When i contacted them they tld .y wil v do this?

n told me that i was playing foul. They refered me as lier. Do this people hav senese to talk. Then even i got used bad words>he also threatened me reduce my balance by 150rs

they r nt even let me speak to seniors

Im a student n cant afford to looose so much amount for the services which i never use, never used n wont use

can some 1 tel me what to do?
