I have never subscribed for Background Music. Airtel takes the liberty to deduct money from my pre-paid card. It is impossible to talk to their customer service executive at 121. There is no e-mail address to file a grievence on their Website. The "contact" again advises to call 121.

Often, I get the feeling that the Airtel cheats, especially in the UP (east) circle.
