This complaint regarding my airtel mobile bill amount for the month of september where as i am recd the bill for the amount o Rs.12, 235.00, this is first time from last six years. When i am contacted the call centre on 01.10.2008 reg my bill query thrice the had taken compalint about my bill query wide complaint no 18610908, and said by 03.10.2008 concerned department will be get back to me.

but today i.e. 08.10.2008 i am receiving the calls abt bill payment not for the bill query.
