Bad Service and cheating the custome

I have a Airtel Post Paid connection number 9611108307 in B'lore which was taken recently. From the day one I have been facing problem. Initially the clip service was not working for 3 days; only after calling the call centre of Airtel for thrice the problem was solved. They have taken the charge for clip service in advance but not giving the service. Then after few days on Oct 6th my out going service has been barred. On contacting them they have said that the residence verification was done. I just have to say that the verification is not my job and that has to be done by the company and for the fault of the company the customer is getting penalized. I want to take some action against it as I have faced a lot of problem in my personal and official life.

I would surly not advice to go for Airtel now.
