Charges Debited after cancellation of service

Dear Sir,
I need your urgent attention and help in resolving this issue, Pls find below the details :
1. I had travelled to London on 07th-June-08 and had requested cancellation of my post paid services for mob No-9845248908 effective from 10th-June.
2. After a terrible stint of follow ups done by myself and my wife, we got the confirmation mail that the service is cancelled with effect from 10th-June.
3. July there was not billing and everything was fine.
4. August I got a bill that was generated for 735 with out any usage and I had logged a complaint on 15th Aug and was promised that it will be resolved by 28th-Aug.
5.But, NO RESULTS and the payment was deducted from my Credit card using the previous standing instruction, which was pathetic and unaccepatable.
6. I called up your customer care and have logged a high priority complaint No - 18417407. Till todate no results after doing many international phone calls.
7. On top of it I got this invoice generated for Spet 08 also, now I am fed up and do not know what to do next.
Can you look into this issue and resolve it. I was a High value customer for Airtel and has been recommending my frieds to use airtel. Now my experince with Airtel has been pathetic.
