my self shabbir kureshi i had converted my mobile connection from post paid to prepaid befor 3 month, i paid on that time my unbilled amount and purchase new card with same no 90724505202. card was activated within 24 hrs suddenly igot mesege that they had not recievd identy proof but i had submitted all document, then again i submitted my all documents to them but unfortonetly till date my connection is not working they replied it will be start soon. i paid all prrepaid amount also. please take follow up thanks
