Wrong Comitment From Executive

I am Using Airtel GPRS Service (MObile Office) From Last 6 Months, I am Paying 395 Rps For a Month and they said me the speed is 460 Kbps, and now i m not able to connect the service so i had called many times to their customer care, which is located in Jaipur (Rajasthan) sumtimes they are not talking to me and sometimes giving wrong commitments that we will look after your complaint and now they disconnected my call when i asked them about their complaint site now i am not able to call on their customer care, i am sure they had connected becuase i use to call them 3 times in a day so now they are fed up but this is so rediculous, what is the meaning of customer executive"Satisfication Of Customer" and a great man our Rastrya Pita Gandhi ji had said Treat a customer like God, but i dont wanna that but atleast solve my problem yaar, and i am sure this type of customer care executive cant work in International Call Center They are working in Domestic Process... if they will do the same in International pepole will kick on their ass... but this is rajasthan so they are working and no one dare to check their call records or Vox files even i am From the same field but i am working in International not like all this stupids and i know well how to treat this kindda pepoles... so if you can help me its good else i have to check on other sites... thanks
