I have been using airtel internet connection for last 5 years and my average bill comes to be Rs 500-750/-..but my bill of the cycle 26/09 to 25/10 has come Rs 2326/- .whereas my usage was normal..

i spoke to the customer care and lodged a complaint and also mailed my concern to the zonal officer... but they are saying that i have used so much of internet... they have shown more uasage and frauded me with the wrong bill and they are compelling me to pay the wrong bill...

i have encountered a lot of inconvenience and mental torcher and i have been cheated by AIRTEL..

i request the consumer forum to intervene and stop the harrasment which i have been facing...
