Poor/No Signals at our apartment

We are not getting Mobile network signals of Airtel since 1 year back. We have raised several complaints to the Airtel customer care regarding the issue, but no response we got from them. Infact there are 20 Airtel connections with in the same apartment, and none of them are getting proper signals. It is the situation to stand in the Balcony when we need to talk to any one. I don't understand, why airtel can't place a booster in our apartment. After I escalate it via my company Mphasis an EDS company, I got the call from the customer care, but as per them the tickets were resolved as there is no problem with the signals. But none of the person reached us in the apartment, and we don't know whether they checked the network on the road or with in the apartment.
