Hello,

I am not able to call few numbers of Airtel (Muzaffarpur, Bihar).

Whenever I call these numbers, I get a message from Airtel IVR, which says, ‘’ this is not a valid number, please check the number and dial again’’

I am able to call these numbers from my Reliance phone, but not from my two postpaid numbers and 1 prepaid number.

I have been following with customer care executives since 1st January, but they are not able to rectify the same.

Please get this issue resolved asap.
